The Prifor2010 conference is close in time and we as organizers are looking forward to meet you all!

- The registration at Mid Sweden University will be open from 16.00-19.00 on Sunday evening, and from 08.30 to the end of the lectures during the week.
- Arrival:
- Coming by train you will arrive to the station that is located only 5-10 minutes’ walk to the city centre and about 20-30 minutes’ walk to the venue at Mid Sweden University.
- Coming by domestic flight you will arrive at Midlanda airport, serving both the cities of Sundsvall and Härnösand. There are airport buses connecting most flight with Sundsvall city center and of course also taxi service.
- From the city center bus no. 1 takes you to the venue at Mid Sweden University and bus no. 3 goes up to the Sidsjö area. Note that the local buses depart from the bus station and not from the railway station. The local buses do not accept cash so either you pay with your credit card or buy a bus card at the bus station (“Navet”).
- Presentations:
- Posters should, as earlier informed, not exceed A0 format, i.e. 85x120 cm. The posters will be exposed during all of the conference and a special session on Tuesday afternoon is devoted to the posters. Please be present by your poster during this session. At the registration you will receive information on where to put your poster and you are responsible for putting it up and taking it down. Needles and other material for the posters will be available.
- Oral presentations are 20 minutes long including time for questions. Please bring your power point presentations on USB sticks and you are encouraged to send the presentations in advance to Svante Holm (svante.holm (at) miun.se); especially so if your presentation is scheduled for Monday. If sent by email you will receive a confirmation that your presentation has been received in good order. In case you chose not to send your presentation in advance, make sure that it is uploaded at latest 30 minutes before your lecture in the lecture room where you are scheduled. Please contact the registration for help with this.
- You will need to chose which Wednesday excursion to join. There is a limited number of seats available in the busses and thus, you need to sign up for the excursion you prefer at the registration desk. The sooner you do so the better since some excursions might fill up fast. Note that weather might be wet so be prepared with some rain protection and in all cases bring along hiking/rubber boots for the walks.
