The official language of the conference will be English. No translation facilities will be available.
The conference will take place in the campus of the Mid Sweden university, Sundsvall, Sweden from August 9th-13th 2010.

The currency is the Swedish krona(Kr/SEK). Banknotes are in denominations of SEK 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000, 10 000. Coins are in denominations of SEK 0,50, 1, 5, 10.

Credit cards are accepted in most stores. ATM's ("bankomat") are located at several places in the city centre of Sundsvall.
Stockholm/Arlanda is the closest international airport that also provides domestic flights to Sundsvall airport. It is 21km from Sundsvall city centre to Sundsvall airport. There are taxi and bus services to and from the airport.
An alternative way to get to Sundsvall from Stockholm/Arlanda airport is by X2000 train service. Trains run approximately every two hours, and it takes a comfortable three hours to Sundsvall. The same trains start in Stockholm city centre.
A third way to get to Sunndsvall is by long distance coach from Stockholm or Stockholm/Arlanda airport. Coaches run several times a day and the journey takes about five hours.

Sundsvall city has a network of local bus routes. There are also several taxi operators available.
In August temperatures can range between 15 and 25 degrees C during the daytime, but may fall to below 10 C at night. Statistically there are more sunny days than rainy days in Sundsvall in August, but be prepared for some rain.
